Rehearsals for Annette Carmichael’s latest community dance production, Chorus, are now well underway. It is the third part of the trilogy following on from The Beauty Index and A Light Shade of Red.

I’ve worked closely with Annette on many of her productions over the years so it was great to get back amongst it yesterday and photograph 70 of the 170 ladies involved this time around. With ex-WA Ballet dancer Holly Carter, and fellow choreographer Summer Addy on board, many of the ladies (and girls) involved are learning choreographed dance moves for the first time.
