Weekend magazine photo shoot - Guardian (UK)
This week I combined a rigorous exercise workout with a photo shoot as I hiked to the top of Mt Frankland, near Walpole, Western Australia with all my camera gear, to photograph author Sarah Drummond for The Guardian (UK) Weekend magazine.
Family portraits on the farm
It's always lovely to meet new families and it's extra-special when you know you're going to be photographing their wedding this year too. I loved my afternoon amongst the sheep and kangaroos with Deanne, Glen and Georgia, and a soundtrack of raucous black cockatoos.
Ryan & Hayley Engagement Photos
If I had to choose just one word to sum up Ryan and Hayley it would be Warmth. From the very first phone call it felt like they were old friends so it was lovely to actually spend some time with them, checking out their ceremony and reception locations before heading to Little Beach at Two People's Bay, just east of Albany, recently.
Julian {promo shots}
A little photo shoot before Julian heads off to study at WAAPA (WA Academy of Performing Arts). Julian's been in the same year right through school as our kids so I've seen him grow up, and watched his talents as a performer emerge. And now I'm looking forward to watching the next chapter of his life get written.
Albany family studio session
Lucy was keen to get some gorgeous black and white family studio portraits for their home, with husband Nico, daughter Coco and labradoodle Marlow. The prints look amazing!
Denmark Studio Sessions
For the last couple of years I’ve done a pre-Christmas special on studio sessions. The first year it was because I had the time and space while I was holding a 3-week long exhibition in the town centre of Denmark… and this last time it was because I’d had so much fun the year before!
